The problem. Harewood Digital runs a portfolio of web products. The numbers behind them lived in spreadsheets, payment provider exports, a support inbox and a handful of monitoring tools. Producing a true picture of the month meant an afternoon of exporting, retyping and squinting.

What we built. A single operations dashboard that pulls revenue from Stripe and PayPal, tracks the monthly cost base, watches uptime and page speed for every site, and reads the support queue. AI drafts the summaries and replies, and flags what needs a human decision.

The result. The monthly roundup now prefills itself. Reconciliation happens daily instead of eventually. Support tickets arrive with a drafted reply attached. The time returned is roughly a working day every month, and the numbers are trusted because nobody retyped them.
