Using this site
You may browse this site, download the materials we offer for download, and use the interactive tools for their intended purpose. You may not attempt to disrupt the site, probe it for vulnerabilities, scrape it at volume, or use it to send spam through our forms. The rate limits are not a challenge.
What the content is, and is not
Everything on this site, including the blog and the AI readiness checklist, is general information based on our experience. It is not professional advice for your specific situation, and you should not make significant business, legal or financial decisions on the strength of a web page alone. Where our content touches tax or compliance topics, the linked official guidance takes precedence over our summary of it.
Consultations and engagements
The free consultation is exactly that: a conversation, with no obligation on either side. Any paid work that follows is covered by a separate written agreement setting out scope, price and terms. Nothing on this website forms a contract for services, and prices shown are indicative until agreed in writing.
Intellectual property
The content, design and code of this site belong to Harewood Digital Limited. The checklist is for your own business use; share it freely, but do not pass it off as your own or sell it. Third party product names and logos on this site belong to their respective owners and appear only to indicate the tools we work with.
Third party links
We link to external sites, including official guidance and tool providers, because they are useful. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or availability.
Liability
We keep this site accurate and available to the best of our ability, but it is provided as is, without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Harewood Digital Limited is not liable for losses arising from use of this website or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
